Kim Moritz, District Superintendent of Randolph Central School, will facilitate key learning, discussion, and follow-up surrounding the reform agenda and the principal's perspective.  Kim brings her experience as a superintendent, building principal, and classroom teacher to the facilitation table.

The afternoon session will help you answer critical questions as a building principal:
1. Why is this important? Looking at the APPR Regs/Training from SED/ identify roles and talk about the larger conversation of why this needs to improve.
2. What does evaluation look like now? What does it accomplish? Does it improve practice? Do you have hard conversations with your employees? Why is it important?
3. What can we do better? What barriers do you see to getting this work done well? What help do you need to get there? Identify resources needed.4. Goal Setting--Individual, District Level, together? Forming a professional learning community where we meet monthly to work together on evaluation practices, bring actual personnel problems and brainstorm strategies, support one another?
